We are now closed for the remainder of the day! This is for the safety of our employees (the majority of our building is made up of windows and other than the walk-in deep freezer we really do not have anywhere to quickly and safely shelter), we plan to be open tomorrow (6/18) for our normal business hours. Due to the severe weather expected to impact Rochester this afternoon/evening, we will be closing at 2:00 p.m. for the safety of our customers and employees! We plan to re-open with our normal hours (11-8ish) on 6/18.

🚗PARKING FOR THE PICNIC TABLES🛻

If you are wanting to sit and eat at the picnic tables, please please please DO NOT PARK AT THE SPEAKERS, this blocks them for the other customers that want to stay in their cars to order/eat!

Instead, we ask that you park in one of the following locations (see pictures for examples!) and then walk up to the window to order:

1. At the very back of the parking lot with the employee vehicles, this is the South side of the lot
2. Along the fence on the East side of the parking lot
3. One vehicle width away from Station 24
4. One vehicle width away from Station 19
5. On Lakeshore Drive next to the picnic tables, facing East
6. On Lakeshore Drive next to the grass, facing West
7. Pull in facing the West side of the building or one vehicle width away from Station 16 facing North
8. On Rochester Boulevard next to the grass, facing South
9. In the Faith Outreach Center parking lot in the first row of parking spots (we have gotten permission for employees and customers to park in the church lot!)

🍟LET’S TALK BASKETS🥤

When you tell us you want to “make it a basket” (ex. Hand Breaded Tenderloin Basket, Bacon Double Cheeseburger Basket, etc.), that means that you are wanting to add a large plain side item, a mini item, and a medium drink to your main item to basically make it a “meal.” Making something a basket does NOT mean that you get your main item AND the large plain side item, mini item, and a medium drink for the total price of $7.50, it means that you are wanting to add the basket items to your order for the special price of $7.50 for those three items. The combination of the large plain side, mini item, and medium drink is the deal/discount you are getting, because if those three items were rang up separately it would cost you $10.35! If you’re wondering what we mean when we say large plain side item, we’re asking you to pick one of the sides that’s highlighted in the picture, they’re “plain” because they don’t have toppings like spanish or cheese (which you can always add to your basket item for an up-charge).

Our little building has been serving Rochester for 75 years!! It's hard to believe that for the past 21 seasons, Kathie and Kevin Adams have been the owners. So many improvements over the years and so many more to come. We are proud to call Rochester our home 🌭🌭 thank you always for your continued support 🧡🍺

☀️NICE WEATHER = ICE CREAM WEATHER🍨

The sun is shining and the perfect sweet treat is waiting for you at Rochester B&K! Don’t forget we only have TWO sizes of shakes and malts - regular (pictured) and a kids size (which is half the size of the shake pictured). You can pick any of our hand-dipped ice cream flavors for your shake or malt and all shakes and malts come with whipped cream and a cherry. Speaking of hand-dipped ice cream, you can always pick your favorite flavor to have in a cup, cake cone, or waffle cone as a single, double, or triple scoop! We’ve been having a problem with our speaker system - we can hear the customers just fine inside, but to the customers outside at the menus it sounds like we’re whispering. In order to use the speakers through the rest of the weekend (until we get a new part) the person on the speaker is having to get close to the microphone and YELL, so if we sound off/funny when taking your order please be patient with us and know we are trying our absolute best! If you’re still unable to hear us, please just let us know and we will happily send the carhop out to take your order, just like the old days!!🧡🌭

Sunshine 🌞 love it!! Just a couple of reminders. We can only talk to one car at a time (just like other drive-ups). Be patient, orders are put in line as you buzz in. If you want to eat at our picnic tables or want to walk up to the window to get your order, please do NOT park and block a speaker from those customers that want to buzz in and order/eat in their car. There is plenty of parking in our back or side lot for you to park and come and eat at the tables and there is room for 2 cars right behind the building if you are running up to the window. There is overflow parking at the church across the street. Hope your day is dog 🌭 gone good 🍨
