Today we CELEBRATE!☕️
Today we celebrate 5 years of amazing customers in Rochester and 1 year in Wind Lake.
I never could have imagined the path this little shop in a village of under 4,000 people would take me on, or the incredible community that would grow around it.
First, thank you to Jane and Bob Ela for having the vision to see the potential in the building in Rochester and wanting to create a beautiful space where a coffee shop could call home. Thank you for taking a chance on me when I said, “Yes, I would love to rent from you and open DW Coffee.” That one “yes” changed my life forever.
To my husband, book keeper, sounding board and my reasoning, thank you for always standing beside me, no matter what the day would hold. Being a first-time business owner has been one of the biggest adventures of my life, and I could not have done it without your support, you are my ROCK! ❤️
To my kids, I know it has not always been easy but you always support me and I love you for that.
To our communities, thank you for showing up. Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, bringing your families and friends through our doors, and making our little piece of this huge world something truly incredible.
And to our amazing EMPLOYEES — thank you for being the ones who get the coffee brewing in the morning, welcome our customers, create the drinks, prepare the food, clean, organize, and work so hard behind the scenes to keep DW Coffee looking and feeling like the special place it is. We appreciate you more than you know.
What started as a “dream that found me” has become so much more than a coffee shop.
It has become people, friendship, laughter, celebrations, conversations, support and community.
It has become a place “where great coffee and community intersect.”
From the bottom of my heart, Thank you for five incredible years in Rochester and one amazing year in Wind Lake.
Here’s to everything that has been, everything that is, and everything still to come. ☕️
We are so grateful you are all a part of our journey!
