But first—we taste test. And taste test again. And maybe again… you know, for quality control. 😉🌯

We’re still tweaking recipes, testing different ingredients, and figuring out the best way to make these burritos really, really good before we officially add them.

Good food takes a little time, and we want to get these right. 🤎

Breakfast burritos might be coming to Papa’s Roast… 👀🌯☕

Our Gilbane construction crew asked for breakfast burritos, and after months of recipe testing, tweaking, and LOTS of taste testing, I think we’re finally almost there!

But now my MenSalon team has joined the official taste-testing committee 😂… and they’re saying these are way too good to only be available downtown.

So now I need YOUR vote:

I truly couldn’t do all of this without the amazing people around me. 🤎

I’m so grateful for my team members, clients, friends, and family who are always willing to jump in when things get a little crazy. Running businesses definitely takes a village, and I’m pretty lucky to have mine.

We’re heading into October with all the fall vibes! Find us Monday–Friday inside MenSalon from 9AM–1PM, then catch the trailer Saturday at the Rochester Farmers Market from 7:30AM–12PM.
