Long before the doors open, he’s in the shop making our fresh bread and preparing all of the dough that becomes your favorite pizzas, strombolis, and rolls. It’s a labor of love that happens every single day, and it’s one of the reasons we’re so proud of the food we serve.

There’s something special about knowing that the bread, pizza dough, and stromboli dough are made fresh right here by hand. It takes dedication, early mornings, and a whole lot of hard work—but Matt wouldn’t have it any other way.🍕

As Memorial Day approaches, we want to let our amazing customers know that Dragon’s Den Pizza will be CLOSED tomorrow as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

With that being said, we are expecting a very busy evening tonight and there is a possibility we may run low or run out of certain items earlier than usual. Because so much of what we serve is made fresh daily, we only prepare a certain amount each day to ensure the quality and freshness our customers deserve.
