It’s time to get excited for your Scratch Taco Tuesday special! This week we’ve got Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos: roasted sweet potato, spicy black beans, onions, cilantro, and Salsa Macha- similar to a chili crisp with pumpkin seeds, peanuts, sesame seeds and a mix of chili peppers.-stuffed into 2 lightly charred flour tortillas. Served with a side of Green Chili- Lime Rice and a fresh lime wedge.
