Throwback to one of the most delicious dishes to ever grace our menu, Braised Beef Short Rib topped with a Lobster Tail🦞🥩🐄😮

We spend considerable time dreaming about this dish, yearning for the day that it’ll return to our menu.

The beef, braised low and slow for 6 hours. SIX HOURS!!!!

The Lobster Tail, poached in Lemon Butter and then finished in the oven.

Pickled Radish and Pineapple Salad, a fan favorite from the summer!!🍍🫜😮

The mixture of the crisp, sweet, radishes with the citrus punch of the pineapple created a flavor profile that was hard to forget.

We prefer our dishes to match the season in which we serve them, and the bright flavors of this salad were perfectly emblematic of our Texas summer!!

A delicious Macaroni Pomodoro🍝🍅😋✨

Sometimes classic dishes are difficult to elevate, but we tackled this one head on.

With creamy crab-infused ricotta, crispy bits of fried garlic, house-made thai chili infused olive oil, and basil straight out of the garden, we think we blew this one out of the water.

It’s not our lengthy opining in instagram captions that matters however. It’s your tastebuds!!

The Watermelon Peach Salad, our favorite salad of the summer!!🍉🍑🥗✨

As the weather begins to taper down, and we begin to switch from salads into soups, we wanted to show off some of our favorites from the summer.

This salad was INCREDIBLE, both sweet and refreshing, leaving you feeling as if you got away with something.

At Chef’s House we don’t shy away from any cuisine, and these Quesabirria Tacos are a perfect example!!🌮🇲🇽😋✨

Made with beef short ribs with tortillas soaked in a delicious Consomé, these tacos are about as authentic as you can get.

You never know what cuisine we’ll venture into at Chef’s House, as we refuse to be put into a box!!
