For one remarkable evening, the tables of The Regency Room became a journey through the West Indies.

The Caraibes Wine Dinner filled the sold-out dining room with vibrant island flavors, exceptional wines and the warmth of a shared celebration, creating a beautiful farewell to summer.

At the center of it all was Chef Brandon Chinnery of Bien Joue International Catering. His inspired dishes brought the traditions and stories of the islands to every plate, and we are deeply grateful for the talent and passion he shared with our guests.

Our tremendous thanks also go to Scott Drake of Winebow, whose expertise and exceptional pairings elevated each course and brought the entire experience together.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Chefs Shernie Gayle and Drew Morris, Brody and Sean, and everyone who helped make the evening so special.

As summer draws to a close, The Regency Room invites you to Caraïbes: A Culinary Exploration of the West Indies Wine Dinner Featuring Chef Brandon Chinnery, for an unforgettable evening of exceptional wine, inspired cuisine, and warm island hospitality on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 6 p.m.

In collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe and The Hotel Roanoke culinary team, Chef Brandon Chinnery of Bien Joue International Catering, presents a beautifully curated multi-course menu celebrating the vibrant flavors, traditions, and spices of the Caribbean. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the evening's culinary experience.

Following a series of sold-out wine dinners, this special end-of-summer event promises an elegant evening of culinary artistry, cultural storytelling, wine pairings and memorable hospitality.
