🍷 It’s Wine Wednesday at Rockfish, and we’re trying something new every week!

Tonight’s pour: Sameirás Bianco, a Galician white blend led by Treixadura and rounded out with Albariño, Godello, Lado, Loureiro, and Torrontés.

Clean, bright, and beautifully balanced — think fennel, bay leaf, and fresh-cut grass, with green apple and citrus shining through. Basically, it’s delicious, and it pairs perfectly with seafood. 🐟
