Trimming and dusting the meats, getting those sides ready, and dialing everything in for service days — Thursday–Saturday 12–7 and Sunday 12–4.

Last week we were a man down and things got a little wild, but this week the crew is back at full power. As “normal” as life gets in this crazy adventure we call being a small business owner, we’re rolling into the week grateful and fired up.

MF BBQ does NOT charge a vendor fee. Period.

If someone messages you asking for money to participate in any MF BBQ event, it is NOT us.

I am the ONLY person who collects vendor information for MF BBQ events.

The only exception is Cindy from Howling Hounds — she may collect vendor names when we co‑host an event.

Our amazing MF Guys are out hand‑selecting the best of the best ingredients for this week’s cook. We do it this way because you deserve Texas‑Style BBQ made fresh daily, never reheated, never leftover.

Everything we serve is crafted with love, smoked low and slow, and handed to you at its absolute best.
(Except chili
 that stuff really does hit different the next day. 😂)
