Rob has become a true Thai flavor expert and strives for excellence in his work. At this point has made thousands of Thai dishes (he’s a Pad Thai expert!) and continues to be an exceptional and integral part of the Big Mango team.

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸❤️🇹🇭 Big Mango will be open from 12pm-8pm on July 4th

I came to America with big dreams and a lot of hope.

This country gave me the opportunity to build a life I never imagined possible. From arriving with an accent and a dream, to owning my own Thai restaurant here in Utah, I am grateful every single day.

Thank you to this beautiful country for welcoming people like me and giving us the chance to work hard, build something meaningful, and give back to our community.

This Fourth of July, I’m celebrating freedom, opportunity, and the people who have supported my journey. Thank you, America, for giving me a place to call home.
