Alright y’all… you won. We are waving the white flag. 🏳️

We loaded the smoker, stocked the coolers, and thought we were ready for Memorial Day weekend… but the hungry valley had other plans.

The Pit is officially SOLD OUT. Every last bit.

Thank you guys for packing us out all weekend long and keeping Tilly working overtime. We’re going to spend tomorrow recovering, reloading, and getting ready to do it all again next weekend. 😏

If your Memorial Day BBQ starts lookin’ like a controlled burn in Carbon County… it might be time to call in the professionals. 😅🔥

Don’t spend the holiday scraping chard meat off the grill. Meat us at The Pit instead. We’ve got the brisket smoked, the ribs dialed in, the drinks cold, and zero chance of setting off a county-wide smoke advisory. 😏

Memorial Day Monday we’re be open extended hours from 11–8.
