tomorrow wednesday, 5/6 (11p - 2p) Shane is on bar at the tasting room, serving a few of our favorite coffees we’ve had this year. we had a small bit left of each and are excited to serve it both on filter and espresso.

this coffee is a watermelon co-ferment. it tastes just like melon and delicate like tea and super fun either on its own or in an americano or even a gibraltar, if you’re crazy enough!

this coffee comes from a cup of excellence-winning farm meaning that they had produced the best coffee coming out of ecuador. this coffee is on filter and is a gem of a coffee
