Chifare's Philosophy

Chifare's execution will always be in the hands of the chef. Along with the knowledge, skills, and tools that contribute to the cuisine we serve to our guests. The experience with Chifare allows its guests to dine on food from only local sustainable farms in the area. Farms that use techniques that protect the environment and help foster the development of healthy living for

our community. Chef Alex Gruman and Chef James Pugliese continue to use Farm to Table traditional cooking techniques with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality, and a constantly ever-changing tasting menu. Chifare's philosophy focuses on a new perspective of bringing diners and farmers together through the knowledge and passion our Chefs create. Chef Alex and James are graduates from The Culinary Institute of America. The CIA has built an unparalleled legacy of leadership throughout the Hospitality and Restaurant industry by focusing on crucial issues that drive and shape the ever changing food scene. Some of these issues are important to help shape the passion and drive of our amazing dinning experience.
