I got to make this cake for my sister-in-law’s wedding last night at with flowers from The bottom tier was vanilla-almond cake with raspberry buttercream, and the top two tiers were chocolate cake with salted caramel filling.

Inside was vanilla bean cake with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel drizzled between the layers.

And now for something completely different than the last cake I posted! That one was for a 7th birthday, and this was for a 39th birthday 🌸 This one was a vanilla-almond cake with mixed berry preserves filling, covered in pistachio buttercream.

🧪 This cake was for a boy turning 7 who wanted a candy cake with a mad-scientist vibe (and also some Legos, of course). The pipettes were filled with dyed simple syrup. Inside was a Funfetti cake with one of my most-ordered fillings, party buttercream. Party buttercream has crushed-up Oreos, rainbow sprinkles, and crispearls mixed in.
