โค๏ธ Meet Shelby, our kitchen manager at Streeters.

Shelby has been with us for 9 months, and one of her favorite parts of working here is the community. In her words, River Falls has โ€œbig town energy with the best small-town vibes.โ€

Her go-to menu pick is the Duck Bacon Wontons, and her favorite drink is the Prickly Pear Moscow Mule.

Outside of work, Shelby loves camping with her family and golfing, especially in the fall. She also has a pitbull mix named Lucy, who she says is her baby and the biggest sweetheart.

Something you might be surprised to learn about Shelby is that she has faced cancer three times and is currently in remission. Strong, resilient, and steady through it all, Shelby brings that same heart to everything she does.

Weโ€™re lucky to have her leading our kitchen and proud to have her as part of the Streeters team. โค๏ธ
