Kindness matters and it was awful kind of Lucy to trust me to bring her design to life.

This is cookie two of 4 being turned into actual cookie designs from Westside’s Character Council group this past spring. The students were asked to design a cookie using a single word of positivity and any other design elements they wanted to include. I narrowed it down to 4, you voted for your favorite two, and generous donors made sure all 4 got to have their designs made.

Money raised is helping fund the 200 meals being served at UMN Children’s Masonic Hospital on Monday, August 17. The council raised $1,000 of the funds and some of the teachers will be helping prepare and serve the meals.
