A new wine experience is coming to Auld Alliance. Beginning this September, join Sommelier Ruth Verijnikova in The Tasting Room for an intimate, 45-minute guided wine experience designed for curious wine lovers of every level.

Each month brings a new theme, three thoughtfully selected wines, and a curated cheese accompaniment - all paired with stories, insight, and conversation about the people, places, and traditions behind what’s in your glass.

September’s theme: The Winemaker’s Imagination - Where Creativity Meets the Vine

Discover what happens when winemakers let creativity lead the way, exploring three distinctive wines shaped by imaginative approaches to grape growing, blending, aging, and winemaking.

Last Thursday, we celebrated the debut of Auld Alliance’s newest menu - crafted in collaboration with three award-winning Scottish chefs trained in the traditions of French culinary arts. Guests experienced an unforgettable evening exploring bold new dishes including Buffalo Oysters, Foie Gras & Haggis Pithivier, Ocean Roast Monkfish Au Poivre, and The Whole Lamb.

The evening also featured an exclusive preview of The Tasting Room, where guests sampled exceptional Scottish whisky selections curated to complement the new menu experience.
