🤎🏜️Behind the Window is coming back!

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet lately, it’s because my family and I have been in Colorado for nearly two weeks while my daughter underwent surgery and recovered in the hospital. 🤎

It’s been an emotional couple of weeks, but we’re hopeful she’ll be discharged soon, and we’ll finally be heading home this Sunday!

With that being said, I’m ready to get back out there and visit everyone’s favorite local New Mexico businesses! 🎙️

I’ll also be adding local businesses to my schedule for upcoming interviews! So if you own a small business or know one that deserves some recognition, feel free to reach out! I’d love to share more of the amazing people and stories behind our local businesses.

Their jerky is SO good, they have plenty of flavors to choose from, and the prices are actually affordable. 🙌🏽 We grabbed a big ol’ bag of the Lemon Pepper and it did NOT disappoint! 🍋🔥

Local supporting local 🤎🏜️ We met up with some fellow Rio Rancho business owners at Thai Cuisine and everything was SO good!

I grabbed the Pad Thai, but that mango sticky rice?! 🥭🤤 Definitely the star of the show—and it’s seasonal, so go get it before it’s gone!
