A long time coming, and what a blessing for the Los Lunas community!

The new Sagebrush Church campus in Los Lunas is officially here. This building has been years in the making after the original plans were postponed during COVID. In the meantime, the Sagebrush community continued gathering and growing together at Los Lunas High School.

Now, they finally have a permanent home in the community they’ve been serving and investing in for so long.

It was incredible to see this vision come to life and to witness what God has been doing through this church and the people of Los Lunas. We’re excited to see all that’s ahead for this new campus and the impact it will have on the community!

We tried Frozen Fix Ice Cream for the first time and we’re already wishing they were closer to us!

The ice cream was seriously delicious, and everything is made from scratch. You can taste the quality and care in every scoop.

If you’re in the area, go check them out and grab yourself a scoop. You won’t regret it!

We tried a new spot in Rio Rancho called Line + Tide, and it was fantastic! Great portion sizes, tons of flavor, and fresh ingredients. We also heard they serve fresh tuna sourced from Vietnam, which made the experience even better.

So happy to see a spot like this in Rio Rancho. Definitely worth checking out!

Ohana was honestly such a solid spot. We really enjoyed it, and so did our friends. We’ll definitely be heading back, and it might have officially made its way to the top of our sushi list. Definitely recommend ordering the “My Wife Doesn’t Know What She Wants” roll. You won’t regret it.

August 22–23, Pistons for Patriots is taking over Expo New Mexico, and this is one weekend you won’t want to miss.

300+ vehicles, live entertainment, an indoor vendor fair, family activities, a b**r garden, State Fair food and more.

Saturday brings a massive motorcycle ride from Thunderbird Harley-Davidson, with 500+ motorcycles expected to roll in.

At 4:00 PM, Steven Michael Quezada will host a fundraising comedy show, followed by Gilby Clarke, former guitarist for Guns N’ Roses, performing with L.A.’s Rock Revival at 6:00 PM.

Best part? The event is all about giving back. Net proceeds support Paws and Stripes, a local nonprofit providing training and therapy to veterans and their service animals.

Kids 12 and under are FREE.

August 22–23 | Expo New Mexico

We got to sneak into Vellum & Vine before they officially open and I’m not even kidding… this place is SO cute. 📚☕️🤎

It’s a brand new romance bookstore in Albuquerque with the cutest atmosphere, an amazing selection of books, AND coffee/ matcha that was seriously so good. Basically everything you need for a cozy time 😂

Their grand opening is THIS weekend Saturday & Sunday! 🎉 So if you’re a romance reader, a coffee/ matcha lover, or just love finding new local spots, definitely go check them out.

Sadie’s is one of those New Mexico staples that almost everyone has an opinion about.

This time, we couldn’t agree.

One of us thought it lived up to the hype and would gladly go back. The other wasn’t convinced it was the best, even though there were still some solid bites.

Whether you think it’s the best in town or just a classic stop, there’s no denying Sadie’s has earned its place in New Mexico food culture.

So now we want to know.

Are you on Team “it’s one of the best” or Team “it’s good, but there are better spots”?
