Meet Steven, the creator behind one of our August Specials! 💜

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible talent that makes Lily & Liam Bistro so special. While Chef Joe is always creating amazing dishes, our August specials were designed by members of our culinary team—and we’re excited to feature Steven’s creation!

Steven has been with us for 2 years and is truly our utility player. Whether he’s on the line, tackling dishes, or preparing the fresh ingredients that keep our scratch kitchen running, he gives 100% every day.

In Steven’s own words, “I have always enjoyed how our food has pops of color and wanted to follow that lead. While shopping at the farmer’s market, I found some amazing peaches and decided I wanted those to be the focus of my plate. With the cheesecake, whipped cream and granola added, it turned into a fun spin on a classic parfait.”

It’s fresh, vibrant, and made with heart—just like the people behind every dish we serve.

We are open today! We are sorry we missed you yesterday, the heat got the best of us. Our air conditioning went down, our walk in refrigerator went down and we had to restock everything. Our team did great getting everything back together to serve you. We would appreciate the support!

WE GOT OUR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY!
It was such a battle to get to this point, but we did it! Thank you to everyone that helped make this possible, and especially to John of Milagro Concrete Design, LLC for helping me get through the bureaucracy! We are at the finish line folks 🏁 Health inspection tomorrow, and soft opening next weekend!
