Hey y’all, I just got a call from some local Rio Rancho heroes looking to spread the word and help with this fundraiser for Fire Medic Kory Russel! I enjoy the quick cooks but there is nothing quite like the LOOONNGGG cooks on an offset. It’s analog, no electronics, no controls, it’s a journey for the transformation to happen. There’s something so simple and primitive about feeding a fire splits all night long. And then… boom the whole cook comes to an end and pays off when you open that door and a beautiful, Smokey, juicy, fatty, salty and barky piece of BBQ is staring back at you! Mmmm-mmmmmm good, feast your eyes! Let’s roll some coal and until next time, God bless y’all!
