Happy Birthday, Rollin’ Coal!!! Cheers to 3 years!!! What a ride!! Thank you to the family and friends that helped to get this off the ground! Thank you to my wife, literally couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you to all my customers and patrons, we love y’all! And of course, thank God for this life, wouldn’t be here today without God! We are looking forward to another year of seeing y’all beautiful people out and about, God bless!

I can’t believe we sold out again. We are so grateful for your support. We have 1 more week to come get some bbq before we close down.

If you are needing any bulk orders of meat while I am out on leave, please let me know asap. I can take a few of those orders over paternity leave- but I won’t be taking the truck out.

Come on out and get your BBQ fix, We’ll be in Rio Rancho tomorrow (Tuesday) from 5-sellout! In the land of Rollin’ Coal, we make our own Royal Rubs for the Money Meats and sauce so good it’s sippable, we do it right so you don’t have to! We’ll have that Smokey, juicy and moist brisket, along with the divine swine including Pork Belly, pulled pork and pork ribs… we’ll be ready for ya! See you soon, let’s roll some coal babeh!
