Thank you Jennifer Irish for coordinating the Hanwa employee appreciation luncheon yesterday. 240 box lunches were made and filled with choice of an Italian chicken sandwich or the King of Clubs, and had freshly made pasta salad, house baked chocolate chip cookie, and a bag of kettle chips. We are so happy to hear all the positive feedback! Looking forward to working with y’all again in the near future!

Good morning!! Hope everyone has a great start to the day. We have a great menu lined up for next week’s heat and serve pickup. Check out the menu below and let me know your order by Friday. Online ordering has been updated for your convenience, or you can text me at (407) 961-2618 or send me a DM. Pickup next week is Monday between 330-530, but if you can’t make it during that time frame, let me know and we can coordinate a time!

Also, we are down to 1 month before Thanksgiving orders are due (Nov 13th). Holiday pickup is on Wednesday, Thanksgiving Eve, Nov 25th, between 1030-1230pm. So get those orders in and let us help you enjoy your time with family and friends without having to worry about the turkey in the oven.

Because it’s still kind of early October, I thought I’d include a German dish in honor of Oktoberfest on next week’s heat and serve menu. Also, because October is National Filipino American Heritage month, I am sharing a delicious entree my mom used to cook that I love, love, love and is popular in the fall/winter months called Caldereta which is a Filipino version of beef stew with a sauce made from braised tomatoes and other vegetables.

So live life on the wild side a little bit and try some great dishes honoring Oktoberfest and my heritage!

I have a large size (feeds 4-6) and 2 mid size (feeds 3-4) sriracha honey glazed salmon with steamed ginger scented jasmine rice.

What an amazing past weekend this was! Beautiful weather and cooler temps set the tone for a beautiful wedding at the botanical gardens in Statesboro and an awesome 40th birthday celebration. Nothing but full bellies and lots of great comments about the food and service! So thankful to have been the caterer for these special moments!
