A couple of months ago, we sold out the Beulah House monthly dinner with an amazing dinner my team and I prepared that everyone enjoyed. I get the honors to return for September’s dinner. It’s been a quiet August with school starting and families getting back into the swing of things. As a and small business owner, this is the time where you hunker down and rely on your regulars to hopefully call for your service.

Thankful for and friends for placing that call for me to have a occasion this past weekend. It was great to see some familiar faces like and his wife, (and a few others I don’t have their insta handle).

Another added treat was that they were able to feast on some of my new additions to my private chef menu…fried green tomato and crab cakes with saffron creamed corn for an appetizer, a fall harvest salad, red wine braised short rib wellington. For dessert, they had a dessert flight with peaches and cream shooter with sour cream pound cake, and dark chocolate pot de crème shooter with chocolate chip cookie “biscotti”.

Just sending out a reminder to preorder your meals by end of day tomorrow! Remember, we can feed a family of 4-6 for $9/pp, a family of 3-4 for $8.75/pp, as well as couples and individual portions. Our meals are prepared with clean ingredients (meaning no antibiotics, or growth hormones) Sunday morning for pickup on Monday between 330-530pm. Good morning and Happy Monday! Just returned from much needed time off at the Great Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge Tn where it was about 10 degrees cooler and the mountains were gorgeous!

Here is the menu for next week that will be available for pre order till end of the day on Friday online, DM or text me at (407) 961-2618. Pickup is on Monday, Aug 17th between 330-530pm.
