Hello all! I am all set up for two days St Clair County Farm to Table event! My booth is inside of the visitor center! It is the main hub for the nice bathrooms! (Check the pics). The visitor center is in the center of the property between the Goodled Fall Harvest Days AND the St. Clair County Farm to Table event!

It is a BEAUTIFUL DAY!! So much to see and do, and fun for the whole family! My son has already got a HUGE kick from the monster truck and tractors.... he cannot wait for the petting zoo!!

When you stop in make sure to say hello, and check out my fresh sourdough Breads and cookies! I will also be hosting the Sourdough Bread Making Class at St. Clair Co Harvest Days beginning at 10:00 a.m.! Walk-ins are welcome, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class if you are a day of walk in!!

I have sourdough bread, sourdough cinnamon raisin bread, and sourdough chocolate chip cookies available today alongside my homemade vanilla and sourdough bread making kits! I will be here till about 3:30 in the afternoon! Please swing by to support and I hope you all have a wonderful saturday!

Hello all! I am wrapping up everything for tomorrow's event! Please come swing by and say hello at the St Clair County fall Harvest Days event tomorrow. I will be teaching my live sourdough class from 10:00 a.m. until noon Sourdough Bread Making Class at St. Clair Co Harvest Days

Before and after the class I will have a table with my baked goods for sale! I will be bringing plain sourdough bread, cinnamon raisin swirl sourdough bread and chocolate chip sourdough cookies!

Come stop by and support your local small businesses! There will be lots of produce, baked goods and other vendors available!

It is going to be an amazing event! This is held at the goodells County park!

My class will be accepting walk-ins, and the class will be at the visitor center in the middle of the fairgrounds.

Please arrive a few minutes early if you intend to be a day of walking that way I can make sure you are all checked in and I have your supplies set up for you!

Hello all! I have made the exciting decision to adjust the plans for this weekend A little bit! I will still be putting on the Sourdough Bread Making Class at St. Clair Co Harvest Days this saturday! I also will be offering a stand with some sourdough baked goods before and after the class!

I will have sourdough bread, cinnamon raisin sourdough bread, and sourdough chocolate chip cookies available at the St Clair County Harvest days event this saturday! (Until I sell out!)

The registration for this Saturday's class is still open! Once the link closes I am still open to a few more walk-ins if that opportunity arises! Please let me know if any questions come to mind! Cannot wait to see you on Saturday unless you a lot of people on Saturday

Thank you to Burch Bear Holistic Care for this awesome challenge! We are 21 days in and my kiddos started joining in after just a few days in! I love hearing my Lil toddler start singing this while he plays 😍

And we sing and tap it together at least 1x a day... the singing process happens like a million times... because how could you not sing something so catchy, haha

My Sourdough Bread Making Class at St. Clair Co Harvest Days is coming up Saturday, August 29th, and we're at the point where I need to get our remaining registrations in to make this class happen!

If you've been saying…

"I want to learn sourdough, but I have NO idea where to start."

THIS is the class for you!! I'm taking all the confusing parts of sourdough and walking you through it hands-on, step by step... and I make sure you have access to ask me questions down the road as well 😀

In the class-

🍞 You'll mix your own sourdough dough
🍞 Learn the stretch & fold process
🍞 Walk through the entire breadmaking process with me
🍞 Take your dough HOME to bake
🍞 Take home sourdough starter so you can keep baking!

You don't need experience. You don't need your own starter. I'll bring the supplies!!
