We are looking for crew members who:

Bring energy and a smile to work every day
Enjoy serving guests and meeting new people
Want to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
(Morning/Lunch Shifts) Available to work from 8am-5pm (M-F) with minimum 30-35 hours
(Evening/Weekend Shifts) Available to work from 3pm-10pm with Minimum of 25-30 hours.
A successful crew member is high-energy, open to learning and focuses on serving excellent food and smoothies while providing a safe environment for our guests.

Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and close early on Christmas Eve at 4 pm.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.
- Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, Occasional weekend hours.
- Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
- Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $8.00 to $12.00 /hour

Able to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
Minimum 33-40 hrs a week with weekend required.
Must have prior experience.
Valid TX Food Handlers Required.
Valid Safe Serve Certificate is preferred but not required, must be willing to obtain it within 3 weeks of employment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Crew Member for day time shift (8am-5pm).

We offer Competitive Pay and there is room for growth within the company!

As a Crew Member, you'll prep food, make our delicious wraps, sandwiches, salads, and of course our signature smoothies. In addition, our Crew Members will take orders and keep our Café clean for guests. We will train you so no experience is necessary!

Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday-Friday From 8AM to 5PM and occasional weekend shifts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Lift & carry up to 30lbs.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Be creative and willing to go above and beyond of what is asked of you.
With time and proven experience, there is also room to grow within the company.
