To my valued customers,

I recently became aware of a statement circulating online suggesting that Sugar and Lace Bakery accepted payment from customers without fulfilling their cake orders.

I want to state clearly that this did not happen.

Throughout the eight years that Sugar and Lace Bakery served the Phoenix community, I worked tirelessly to fulfill every order. Even as I prepared to relocate I continued baking and completing customer orders right up until my doors closed. I have never knowingly accepted payment for an order that I did not provide.

If anyone believes they have a legitimate unresolved issue with a past order, I sincerely encourage them to contact me directly with their name, order information, and proof of purchase so I can review it. To date, no such evidence has been presented to me.

My reputation has always meant everything to me. Thank you to the thousands of customers who trusted me with your weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and life’s special moments over the years. Your support, kind reviews, and referrals are what allowed Sugar and Lace Bakery to grow into an award-winning business.

I am grateful for every one of you and look forward to this new chapter.
