East Brother was one of our very first regular locations when we started our food truck, and looking forward to returning to our old stomping grounds. It's a reunion of sorts with - first time back since before COVID.

Much appreciation to everyone who’s supported us here all these years. It’s been our pleasure to serve the community and hope to continue to see your familiar faces. You can still catch us around town as we shift focus to local events, festivals, street fairs, and catering. Stay tuned for updates! 📍

Thank you to the fine folks at Armistice. From the early days back in 2017, the taproom was our weekly Friday dinner location. When the pandemic rolled around, this became our daily spot, and they’ve always made us feel at home. We’re grateful for the partnership, and Armistice will always have a special place in our heart. ❤️ 

And cheers to setting up shop! Our city will be lucky to have you. 🍔

For now, we’ll enjoy this last bit of early onset summer! Come hungry, bring your crew, grab some pints, and let’s make it a weekend to remember 🍻

Did you get the Chancellor's message about Order 66? I missed it, but I heard there's been too much "May the Fourth" rhetoric around the Jedi Temple. Thankfully Anakin is on his way to calm things down today, along with his friend Vader or something. Anyway, I'll be at the Cantina 12-8pm - they brought back the Blue Milk Hazy IPA!

Darkside Kitchen also has these BBQ Bantha Steamed Buns. Grilled bantha topped with dark aioli, bean sprouts, black sesame seeds, and a side of Mustafar fire sauce. Bring some credits!

Missing the Sidewalk Fries? We are too.

🚨 Let us introduce you to the Sidewalk Dog! All our familiar loaded fry fixings (cheese, tocino, aioli, green onions, cilantro, plus achara and pickled onions), over a Filipino red hot dog. Available at our pop-up at today 2-8pm (and possibly beyond).

🌭 We'll be slinging these sausages at all future pop-ups, and will be a regular special once the food truck returns from the truck hospital.

📣 We have a special item ready for May the 4th!

After traveling about 12 parsecs, our latest shipments have arrived! Bantha meat from the deserts of Tattoine, rootleaf from Dagobah, and they even managed to smuggle in a few dozen Geonosian eggs.

BBQ Bantha Skewers (Filipino bbq beef), with rootleaf salad (beet greens, Swiss chard, carrots, papaya, cherry tomato, pickled pearl onion), and a Geonosian egg (marinated soft boiled egg).

This IS the special you are looking for. Limited quantities available - get em at Sat May the 4th 12-9pm, while supplies last.

📢 Aaaaaaaand we're back! Finally returned from a 10 day hiatus while our ol' truck was getting necessary collision repairs. Thanks to everyone who came out to support today, appreciate the good vibes, and happy to be back in action!

🤖 We'll rock the cyborg look likely for the duration of summer until we get some new paint work. Baby steps! 👣
