Thank you Allison for sharing the evening with us!

Last Wednesday, La Grotta Ristorante hosted Vinifera Imports for an 11 course w**e dinner and a few extra special w**es. It was an amazing night where even I couldn’t finish all of the food and w**e. Some highlights included Octopus Carpaccio with Arneis (which reminded me I need to buy an actual case of Arneis for myself), Four Cheese Truffle Risotto with Merlot, and Elk Ribeye with a Blueberry Reduction with Sangiovese. The pairings were immaculate and I loved trying w**es like a 1988 Barbaresco that has been cellared for almost 40 years. If La Grotta hosts another w**e dinner, make sure you go!
