The meaning of the lotus flower is one that resonates with us: "Its roots are in muddy water,
but the lotus flower rises above the mud to bloom, clean and fragrant." The universality of this definition is one that inspired Sen
to use only the freshest and pure ingredients - organically grown. Our love for organic, healthy food and our roots in Vietnamese
culture have been a guiding force behind Se

n. We use only organic and all-natural ingredients and products. The reasoning behind our choice to be organic is simple - the overall well-being of our customers is our main concern and thus becomes the foundation
from which we make every decision in our restaurant. We do this
all in hopes that the benefits of organic nutrition echoes

🌸 New Signature Cocktail at Sen Organic

Inspired by the warmth of a Long An- Gò Đen harvest and the golden elegance of a blooming lotus.

We slowly infuse platinum rum with roasted Vietnamese sticky rice, then shake it with peach nectar, fresh lemon, and organic cane syrup. Finished with a silky coconut cloud and a touch of sparkling sugar.

A cocktail that begins with toasted rice aromas, opens into ripe stone fruit, and finishes with a delicate coconut cream embrace.
