We're back at it this week! Our weekend adventure was a wonderful break but we're so excited to be back in service all over the Tri and beyond. We're joining 15 other vendors for a super fun Night Market at Desert Moon Winery in Prosser this Thursday. It's our first time on this property and the weather is looking like the perfect summer evening! End the week with us at our favorite spot where we're chasing the sunset Friday & Saturday. We can't wait to see you!

We've got a quick week for the Mac Truck since papa mac and I are heading on a short vacation. We're celebrating my birthday and our 23rd anniversary! Find us at Moonshot Brewing Monday and Wednesday for two chances to connect and have a blast with trivia, games, art and craft beer. This Thursday we've got our mobile order open so you can order ahead for lunch. We can't wait to see you!

One of my favorite things is a spicy ramen so this month for my birthday ROTM we're featuring a fun Mac & Cheese hybrid: Korean Fried Chicken Mac! Fresh Fried Chicken tossed in an Extra Spicy Samyung Seasoning Piled on our Signature four cheese mac with Buldak Carbonara Hot Sauce and Topped with Pickled Daikon/Carrot/Cucumber mix. This one hurts but you'll love it, I promise. Our fried chicken macs' move fast so get yours while we have it!

Our new Brownie flavor is a little out of season but my favorite candy of all time is the *discontinued* Mint dark Chocolate Milky Way bar(rip😭) so I'm bringing it back to life this month!

These new menu items go live on Wednesday 8/5 at Wheat Head Brewing Co.

We're so proud to announce we get to join Wheat Head's annual Beer it Forward fundraiser for Tri City Cancer Center! Papa Mac is a ten-year cancer survivor so to say this one means a lot is an understatement. I am grateful every day for his courage and fight and for the wonderful resources available to our community through the TCC Foundation. We'll be serving from 4pm-8:30pm & we can't wait to see you!
