Chef Luis pours so much passion, creativity, and dedication into everything he does, and we couldn’t be happier to see his talent recognized! We are incredibly lucky to have him leading our kitchen at Perch.

🔪 Congratulations to Luis Talavera of Perch Cantina, our 2026 Best Chef on Parade, selected by our panel of expert judges!

Luis impressed the judges with his creativity and standout flavors, earning him the Best Chef title.

Along with taking home the cleaver award, Luis will be featured on the cover of next year's magazine and invited back to defend his title at the 2027 event!
