When we built this restaurant in 2021, I wanted it to be more than just a place to eat. I wanted it to reflect who we are as a family and the values that have shaped our lives.
Many people associate Steve’s Steakhouse with my dad, Steve, and rightfully so. He spent years building a reputation for hard work, integrity, and taking care of people. Those values are the foundation of everything we do today. We miss him so much every day. He was a great man of his word and so kind.
What many don’t realize is that this building was a dream that my husband and I brought to life. Every beam, every detail, and every decision was made with the goal of creating something our family could be proud of while continuing the legacy my father started.
The horse featured above our fireplace is PCR Pink Cadillac. He wasn’t just a horse to us—he was the beginning. As my husband and I built Pink Cattle Ranch, Pink Cadillac became the foundation of our performance horse program and a symbol of the dreams we were chasing.
Today, our family continues to grow both the restaurant and the ranch, but that horse will always remind us where it all started.
This building tells our story—not just of a restaurant, but of family, hard work, faith, and the courage to build something of your own while honoring those who came before you.
