​Big things are on the horizon for Coastal Cake Pucks! Next April, we’re heading up to Minnesota for the Cottage Foodie Con (April 7–10, 2027) to connect, learn, and bring back some fresh inspiration.
​To top it all off, the amazing Porsha Kimble of Pk Elixirs is the official keynote speaker. Porsha is an incredible leader and innovator in the baking community, and hearing her insights is going to be a highlight of the trip.

Behind the scenes of today's baking prep. Pk Elixirs Buttered Vanilla in Susan's Triano's Fuff and Stuff to elevate those royal icing transfers! Then I made white chocolate discs and ran them thru my Big Blue for cute Halloween images. I will put those on my Benty Cakes Pucks. Ended up using Icing Images premium edible Icing sheets to make toppers for Halloween!
