The first bite says it all. 💚✨

This year’s The First Bite experience at the Shef Food + W**e was one for the books.

Chef Nikky, Gigi, and Julie served our Garlic Fried Rice, topped with Chef Nikky’s signature fried shallots or chili flakes, and the response was everything we could have hoped for.

And if you make it to the last slide, you’ll see the ultimate compliment: Chef Tiffany Derry tasting the Garlic Fried Rice and dancing after the first bite. 🔥

A huge thank you to Tiffany Derry , Tom Foley, T2D Concepts, and everyone who stopped by our table. If you love discovering local chefs, experiencing incredible food, and supporting the culinary community, this festival belongs on your calendar.

Our Thai Pumpkin Custard is back for the season. Made in-house, this traditional dessert features silky coconut pumpkin custard steamed inside a whole pumpkin for a sweet, comforting finish to your meal.
