Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Alonso and his family to our LaGIRALDA booth during the ! 🌿🌺

They stopped by to experience one of our most special creations: our 🇲🇽🥟—inspired by the iconic Mexican dish and crafted with our signature empanada twist.

We served it paired with creamy Nogada sauce, fresh pomegranate, and parsley, bringing together beautiful colors, textures, and flavors that celebrate Mexico’s culinary heritage. ❤️🤍💚

And the best part? We SOLD OUT! 🙌🔥

Today we’re preparing a special homemade Andalusian Gazpacho to complement our handcrafted empanadas at tomorrow’s pop-up with Southwest Airlines. Fresh, vibrant, and full of authentic flavor, it’s the perfect pairing for a Texas summer.

We can’t wait to serve the Southwest team and continue sharing a taste of tradition—one empanada and one bowl of gazpacho at a time.

What a pleasure to welcome and .02, hosts of the Dutch TV 📺 show “Appie & Max in the Morning,” to Dallas-Fort Worth as they begin covering the excitement leading up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup! ⚽🌎

We had the wonderful opportunity to share with them a little piece of our culture through LaGIRALDA’s empanadas 🥟🥟 while talking about football, community, and the incredible energy already building across North Texas ahead of the World Cup.
