SL Photography made our brookie look so good !

Inspired by moms peanut butter bars, this cookie is a rich peanut butter base, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and brownie pieces. Then we stuff it with a chunk of brownie.

It's the second cookie we ever put on our menu and it's stayed for a reason. One of my favorite cookies.
