Cake Designer Ruth Nielson has always adored pairing sophistication and perfection with tantalizing flavors. Ruth established a home-based cake business in 2013 while raising her three young children. She has made over 250 cakes/desserts for all occasions and

was a pastry chef at Huntsman Springs in Driggs, Idaho. One of her favorite masterpieces was an entire Christmas Village of intricately designed gingerbread houses for display at Huntsman Springs.
