“As it gets colder, all I want are big reds. (Revolutionary.. I know.) One I keep coming back to is Monte Quieto, a Bordeaux-style blend from Argentina. We first tried it years ago while traveling in South America—our friend Lucas introduced us to the winemakers, Matilde and Augustin. Most people there were making big, modern wines, but they were after something different - elegant is the word that comes to mind.
