At Dominion Tea are one of the few companies in the US that imports and blends its own teas. We chose the name Dominion Tea for a variety of reasons.

We have been recently acquired by Elden Street Tea Shop, who will continue to import and blend our much loved teas. At Dominion Tea we are in awe of the impact that specialty tea has had on global history and culture. It is a product that symbolizes cultural awareness, personal connections, adventure, and a connection to the land. We are honored to search the globe for authentic tea and tisane pro

ducts, satisfying individual growth and curiosity. For us the name symbolizes both global and American history, conjures visions of ships under sail, tea as a force impacting the spread of culture and ideas, and of course the state we call home: Virginia. We hope you find value in the research, writing, passion, and love of tea that goes into this effort. Our second unblended tea in our six that you are now able to find at the Eldenstreet location, is our 2nd Flush Darjeeling. Hailing out of Darjeeling India our 2nd Flush darjeeling is from the Rohini Estate in Kurseong Valley. This June harvest produces a rich amber liquor with muscatel flavors. A classic and most well known tea of our unblended teas, our Jasmine green is a beautiful floral tea to have iced in the increasing temperatures that have been melting the Dmv area! Scented with jasmine petals using traditional methods, this light and flavorful green tea out of Fuding, China, is delightfully fragrant with a sweet finish that is both calming and refreshing.
