So one of my customers called me yesterday to notify me that someone had taken my grill and they were following the person in a wine colored Mercedes-Benz Suv, so they could get a tag number and call the POLICE, I said please don't it's me I switched cars and I popped in town for hot 24hrs to cater a big job for AT& T Goverment Solutions corporate business in Oakton,.Virginia then we teamed up with Fairfax County Police & Woodland Property Owners Association for National Night out at Urban Park, I had a great time at both events. I just pulled back at mom's this morning at 6.45am. To have breakfast with her, It's Ironic that's the same time I got to Virginia yesterday morning to start setting up and cooking food for 2 events.

OK Cleveland Ohio it's going down Sunday August 4th at the Corner of Lee and Miles at the spot before the railroad tracks. Across from the car wash and the old Earl Schieb paint shop. 12pm until we sell out. Get there early. Got Ribs, Polish Boys, Grilled Wings, Grilled Chicken, Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and more. And of course the home cooked sides Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, Bake Beans, Potato Salad and Coleslaw. See you tomorrow

Well a big huge Shout out to the employees of the Fredrick MD Tractor Supply. Unkie had a blow out on I-70 I had to travel on a rim back to Fredrick MD, they had the tire, but no jack to use so the brought the fork lift out to lift the grill so I could change the tire. Again thank you also much. Uncle is rolling again

Now the bad we will start serving at 1pm today, my old ass over slept this morning no Baby Tae to wake me up on time that's why he the big time supervisor 😀. Wow and I mean Wow won't he do it. Again I just want to thank the Reston community and all of our wonderful customers, Thank you Thank you for the tremendous support today with all your large orders and your kind words . Because of you we set a record in sales today and we sold out In 1 hour 4 minutes. .we started at 1pm and was done at 2.04 this afternoon. We are now all.packed up and headed home to.see all the grand kids now 😀

Uncle Freds BBQ Smoke Shack has good news and bad news for Sunday July 14th. Yes we will be open today but do to all the prepping and getting ready in this heat . We will be starting at 1pm today. Bad news no fish today can't find hoses for the propane tanks and no grilled wings. Everything else is good to go

Bad news Uncle Freds BBQ Smoke Shack will not open today Saturday July 13th as planned. Car problems. But we will be open Sunday July 14th and few days next week. We will be closed next weekend including Friday July 19th and Saturday July 20th. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Good morning and Peace to all of you. Uncle Freds BBQ Smoke Shack will be taking some time off effective starting today July 1st until mid July. I'm have over extended myself and exhausted we have been working so hard since May 18th thru June 27 without a break and the brutal heat has taken its toll on me. Plus there have been some other minor distraction. I promise to be back on the scene soon and to provide you all with the best customer service and the best BBQ products you have been so accustomed to. I look forward to seeing and serving you soon. We would like to thank the Residents over at Martin's Chase and Evergreen Mill Estates for inviting us out to there community. You folks really came out and showed out today. We completely sold out by 4pm. We had a full load of meat that should have carried us to 6pm. We look forward to coming back out in the near future.
