Don’t come today! I’m already SOLD OUT!! Sometimes this just happens, I have 3 different catering orders today on top of a couple decent size call ahead orders and after going through and weighing the smoked meats I have on hand compared to what is already ordered there isn’t much left to open the doors.

I apologize for any inconvenience, this is just how it goes with real true wood fired BBQ, you only smoke what you think you can sell for the day, I’ll leave the always having a full menu and selling two day old reheated and dried out BBQ for the all the other guys. This here is different 🤷‍♂️
