Whether you're planning a birthday dinner, team outing, family gathering, rehearsal dinner, or just have a lot of friends... Gambi's has room for your whole crew.

Our round table, high tops long tables and our booths comfortably seat 8-10 guests. For larger celebrations, The Bones offers private dining for gatherings of approx 25 people. We have also partnered with the Best Western to book even larger events through their conference rooms.

From Frank Sinatra and Elton John to R.E.M., Joe provides the perfect soundtrack for dinner. Joe plays at Gambi's every Tuesday and Friday evenings during dinner service.

Pair the music with a handcrafted cocktail, your favorite Italian dish, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Sparks. (And yes, our Chicken Florentine Pizza understood the assignment and absolutely nailed its close-up.)
