Remsen William L. Williams, 76, passed away at Wynn Hospital, Utica on February 13, 2024. He was born in Utica, N.Y. on April 17, 1947 a son of Robert and Gladys Haney Williams. He grew up in Remsen and attended Remsen High School. William was united in marriage with Sharon
