We are excited to share some new additions to the Shorebreak menu! Bringing fresh, seasonal flavors to the Rehoboth Beach restaurant scene 🍽️
Maryland Crab Cake (half or entrée)
Local sweet corn, tomatoes, edamame, cream, spices,
old bay remoulade, GF
Burrata Salad
Heirloom tomatoes, arugula, pickled red onions,
pepita pesto, balsamic reduction, basil,
grilled bread
Scallop Crudo
Fresh sea scallop (raw), coconut milk, corn, lemongrass,
basil, jalapeno, radish, black sea salt, lime zest, GF
Halibut
Wild caught Halibut, roasted fingerling potatoes, cherry
tomatoes, white wine chimichurri broth, grilled bread
Ceviche (offered on special)
Fresh Halibut & shrimp cured with hand pressed lime juice, mixed with tomato, onion, cucumber & cilantro. Served with warm corn tortilla chips cooked to order, GF
