Some of Ben’s best work… here’s how to make one of Shorebreak’s signature cocktails “The Gunslinger”

2oz High West Double Rye
1oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquer
3/4oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz Simple Syrup (make with equal parts water and sugar)
1 Dried Chile de Arbol
Shake over ice, strain, and serve over a large ice cube. Garnish with another dried Chile de Arbol🌶️

How to make the perfect Cosmo cocktail:

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Cranberry Juice 5 oz fresh lime juice

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass (straining removed ice chips)

Garnish with an orange peel twist

This is a Cosmo that Miranda and friends would be proud of! Cheers!

Let’s make a Last Word cocktail 🍒

Here’s the recipe:
1 ounce gin
1 ounce green Chartreuse
1 ounce maraschino liqueur
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: Black Italian cherry

Green Chartreuse is rare because the Carthusian monks who make it deliberately capped its annual production.

To protect their vows of solitude, prayer, and environmental sustainability, they won’t scale up manufacturing, so they distribute fixed allocations worldwide.
