Join us for Beer Garden Boot Camp at Thompson Island on Sunday, June 14 at 10 AM.

Led by SoDel Well instructors, this high-energy class combines strength training, cardio intervals, and functional fitness for a full-body workout in our covered Beer Garden.

Your $30 ticket includes the Boot Camp class plus one beverage afterward. Choose from a draft beer, spiked sparkling lemonade, or non-alcoholic drink.
