A delicious traditional Salvadoran beef soup, full of flavor and warmth. We prepare a rich and comforting broth made with tender chunks of beef, slow-cooked with fresh vegetables such as yuca (cassava), carrot, potato, chayote, green beans, cabbage, and corn on the cob.
