Taking SigNature Coffee to new heights! We are becoming a COOP !
Our crew brought this bag to the top of King Peak during our 3rd time hiking it together. We are close, like close close. We camp together at Reggae on the River , we celebrate birthdays camping at Usal Beach , we've facilitated 3 full on maternity leaves, we've seen eachother through good times and bad. And now as we enter the final stages of converting to a worker-owner coop we are once again facing a uphill climb, but we love a challenge and every hill just makes us stronger !
The hugest thank you to everyone who has supported our dream of bringing you the finest of specialty organic coffee, supporting our love of community and especially supporting us as one of the longest standing coffee roasters of Humboldt.

Black Thunder , our most popular coffee by far. This super smoky South American blend is polarizing, but the ones who love it, really love it. We affectionately call them Thunder Heads. Once they try it, they are hooked. Handcrafted and micro roasted this bean can be found either served or sold at many local businesses around Humboldt and Mendocino counties either by the cup or in most coffee isles, look for the lightning bolt ! As well as online at www.signaturecoffeecompany.com
Where were you when you first tried Black Thunder ?
