2 AM. The town is quiet but the pit is wide awake. 🔥

While everyone is sleeping, we’re already at work — firing up the smokers, trimming meat, tending the fire, and putting in the hours to make something worth showing up for.

A lot happens before that first plate hits your hands. Long nights, hot fires, tired feet, and plenty of smoke — all for one reason: to make great BBQ for you to enjoy.

We put in the work so you can enjoy the finished product. And when that first bite makes it all worth it, we know we did our job.

🔥 Smokin Js BBQ opens at 10 AM
