🥩 CHEF SIGNATURE COMBO 🥩
After finalizing the menu with our designer .choi for the 1000th time I still remember standing at FedEx laminating each menu when my dad called about the chefs signature combo. If I can rename this combo to a more accurate name it would be “my 아빠s (dad) curated selection of really good 고기 (meat)”😂
While I really wanted to tell him “maybe next time dad.. I’m almost done laminating these menus” I could tell it was something that he was really excited to do. As someone that cares about consistency and knowing what I’m getting when I order, my dad enjoyed the spontinatey and unknown of what type of meat you’ll get from the weeks specials.
He works hard at finding different types of meat that you can’t find elsewhere. He works with suppliers, farmers, and even goes to warehouses to cut the meat himself once in awhile if they let him.
If you have the chance to order this, you may also see my dad come up and say say hi too or see him peak his head behind the kitchen curtains. He’s a pretty shy guy, but if you meet him youll know he cares so much about your dining experience.
