Fall Menu

Affogato Old Fashioned: old fashioned dough covered in an espresso-infused glaze, vanilla whip cream, house-made chocolate chip biscotti, finished with freshly ground espresso.

Pumpkin Cheesecake: pumpkin cake dough, covered in a sage and brown butter glaze, topped with a pumpkin cheesecake cream, finished with a sage graham cracker crumble.

Apple Crisp: our cake dough filled with fresh green apple, covered in a cinnamon infused glaze, covered in a cinnamon and oat cookie crumble.

Chai Spice: yeast brioche dough, filled with a chai-spiced pastry cream, covered in granulated sugar.

Chocolate Pecan Pie: yeast brioche dough, covered in a bittersweet chocolate ganache, filled with our pecan pie filling, and finished with a dollop of vanilla whip cream.

Sticky Plum Fritter: our crispy yeast fritter dough, filled with a tart plum compote, covered in a butterscotch glaze, finished with toasted pecans.

After Dark

Already a week since deaux after dark ended? Time flies when you’re having fun.

We celebrated with lobster doughnuts, key lime pie, and glasses of bubbly. Thank you to all of our deaux family who came and spent their summer evenings with us.

After Dark

Join us THIS FRIDAY night as we transfer some of our doughnuts into sandwiches.

Deaux BLT: our yeast dough transformed into a form of feaux-caccia, filled with a sweet fig jam, heirloom tomato, chili oil drizzle, caramelized onion, salty prosciutto, and arugula.

Roasted Peach: an open-faced grilled olive oil salt doughnut and deaux dot bread pudding, oven-roasted peach, and topped with 𝙉𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙨 𝙄𝙘𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 sweet cream ice cream.
