We will not be open in Questa this week as we prepare for an exciting weekend at the Vino in the Valley Art & Wine Festival in Red River! 🍷🎨🏔️

A huge thank you to Holy Cross Hospital for giving Forged by Fire Smash Burger the opportunity to serve your amazing staff. We truly enjoyed being there and appreciate all of the support, smiles, and kind words we received throughout the event. 🍔🔥

We know some people from the public weren't able to grab a burger before we sold out, we know everyone’s time is precious and for that we're sorry! But don't worry- you'll have another chance to catch that fire! 😮‍🔥

🔥 Behind the scenes today! 🔥

After an absolutely crazy Memorial Weekend in Red River, today was all about RESET mode. 🧼🍔🔥

Deep cleaning the trailer…
Restocking…
Prepping…
Recovering a little 😅
And getting Forged by Fire ready to come back strong on Friday in Questa! 💪🏾🔥

A lot of people only see the burgers hitting the grill, but there’s HOURS of work that go on behind the scenes to keep everything fresh, clean, and running the way it should.

We’re beyond thankful for every single person that came out this weekend and supported us. Seriously… y’all showed OUT. ❤️🔥

Now it’s time to get the fire ready to burn again. 👨‍🍳🔥

WOW. What a weekend. 🔥🍔🏔️

We want to give a HUGE thank you to the Town of Red River, especially Julie and Max, for allowing us the opportunity to come set up and vend during Memorial Day Weekend! You guys put on an amazing event and Forged by Fire truly enjoyed every minute of it. We are so thankful to have been apart of such an awesome weekend in the mountains!

This was our VERY FIRST large event as a new business and we can honestly say… it was absolutely successful. 🙌🏾🔥 Seeing the support, the lines, the smiles, and hearing all the feedback meant the world to us.

We also want to give a massive thank you to our staff and family for helping make this weekend possible. You guys absolutely KILLED IT. We know it got exhausting at times, hot, busy, and nonstop… but nobody folded. Y’all kept pushing, kept grinding, and continued going hard all weekend long. We truly could not have done this without every single one of you. THANK YOU. ❤️

And lastly… thank you to EVERY customer who came to catch that fire this weekend! 🔥🍔 Your support means more than you know. Thank you for your patience and understanding during those busy rushes when wait times got a little longer. Unlike other food trucks, every single order on our truck is made fresh to order nothing is premade before the event, and with limited grill space we can only cook so much meat at one time. We refuse to sacrifice freshness for speed.

So truly… thank you for rocking with us and waiting patiently. We hope every bite was worth the wait. ❤️🔥
